PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY / 03

Change the conclusion.
Keep the history.

Evidence-based corrections are a feature of living research. This initial edition publishes a policy and a transparent starting record.

STEP 01

Pinpoint a claim

Include the page title, exact statement, and why you think it needs correction or qualification.

STEP 02

Supply counterevidence

Share a first-party source, reproducible experiment, primary study, dataset, archived document or detailed methodological critique.

STEP 03

Independent review

The editorial desk evaluates the submitted material. Not every submission will result in a revision and none is automatically published.

STEP 04

Log the outcome

Material accepted changes should identify the earlier claim, replacement language, evidence and date. Forecast changes should not rewrite original probabilities.
